Cancellation and Refund
At Zohra Institute, we believe in transparency, fairness, and mutual respect. Our cancellation and refund policy is crafted to ensure students have the flexibility they need while maintaining the integrity of our academic operations.
1. Cancellation by Student
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require students to cancel their enrollment. To ensure a fair process, we’ve established the following guidelines:
- Cancellation Requests Before Course Start:
- If a student cancels their enrollment 7 or more days before the course start date, they are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a nominal processing fee.
- Cancellation Requests Within 7 Days of Course Start:
- If a cancellation request is made within 7 days before the course begins, a 50% refund of the total course fee will be issued.
- Cancellation After Course Has Commenced:
- Once a course has started, no refund will be applicable, regardless of attendance or participation.
- How to Cancel:
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [Insert Official Email], with the subject line: Cancellation Request – [Course Name].
- The request must include the student’s full name, course title, enrollment ID, and reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Zohra Institute
While we strive to deliver all scheduled courses as planned, there may be rare instances where a course must be postponed or canceled due to low enrollment, faculty unavailability, administrative reasons, or unavoidable circumstances.
- If Zohra Institute cancels or postpones a course:
- A 100% refund will be issued to enrolled students or
- Students will have the option to reschedule or transfer to another batch at no additional cost.
Zohra Institute shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by the student, such as travel or accommodation, due to such cancellations.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- In case of delays due to banking or technical issues, the Institute will notify the student and assist in tracking the refund.
4. Transfer and Deferment Options
We offer limited flexibility to help students manage genuine challenges:
- Batch Transfer:
- Students may request a one-time batch transfer at least 3 days before course commencement, subject to availability and management approval.
- Course Deferment:
- In case of medical emergencies, personal loss, or other documented critical events, students may request to defer their enrollment to a future batch.
- Supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate) may be required for approval.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration/Application Fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Fees paid for customized training, fast-track programs, or workshops are also non-refundable once confirmed, unless the course is canceled by Zohra Institute.
