Shipping and Exchange Policy
Zohra Institute provides a seamless and reliable system for delivering both digital and physical course materials. Our shipping and exchange policy ensures timely access to resources and addresses concerns effectively.
1. Digital Content Delivery
Most of our programs are supported by digital content, including:
- eBooks, presentations, video lectures
- Assignment templates, test series
- Login credentials for LMS (Learning Management System)
Delivery Timeline:
- All digital resources are emailed or made available on the student portal within 24–72 hours of confirmed enrollment.
Important Note:
- Please ensure you provide a valid email address during registration.
- Access to digital materials is limited to the course duration unless otherwise specified.
2. Shipping of Physical Materials
For select programs that include printed materials or merchandise, we provide shipping services for:
- Textbooks or course kits
- Student ID cards
- Welcome packs (T-shirts, notebooks, stationery)
Shipping Details:
- Materials are usually dispatched within 7 working days after enrollment confirmation.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the package is shipped.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service availability.
Shipping Locations:
- We currently deliver physical materials across India.
- For international delivery requests, additional shipping charges and extended timelines may apply (contact our support team before enrollment).
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping within India is included in the course fee, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Express delivery or special courier requests may attract additional charges payable by the student.
- For international shipments, students are responsible for customs duties or taxes (if applicable).
4. Exchange & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:
- A damaged, misprinted, or incomplete package
- An incorrect item or duplicate
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package, along with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting images of the item(s)
- Order/enrollment ID
We will investigate and arrange a free replacement upon verification.
Note: No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- All digital course materials, certificates, and downloadable content are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
- Physical materials are also non-returnable unless proven damaged or defective upon receipt.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the student, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Our team will make reasonable efforts to contact you before returning the shipment.
